Founded in 2021, a handful of students gather to design a 100% solar-powered electric vehicle.
In 2 years, with over 100 contributing members, DalSol becomes the first-ever team from Atlantic Canada to compete at the internationally prestigious solar car competition, Formula Sun Grand Prix (FSGP) in 2023.
This multidisciplinary group is comprised of students from all backgrounds who share a passion for renewable technologies and climate solutions. Our mission is to promote the practicality of greener energy and sustainable solutions, all while inspiring the community and young minds through innovation.
Next up, DalSol aims to compete in FSGP 2024 with technical improvements to our EV, better operational strategy and more spirit than ever. We will see you in Bowling Green, Kentucky for another round of solar racing!
